Kendra has been with Financial Services Group since May 2015. She brings vast administrative skills from her previous jobs working at Canada Post and the Leduc Public Library. When she is not at work, Kendra enjoys curling, reading and spending time with her family.
What Kendra Does for You
Kendra is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She works in the GIC department managing our client's guaranteed investment certificates to help them get the best service and best rates possible. She also assists in preparing our client's files for appointments.

Steph joined the Financial Services Group team in June 2018. Steph acquired her Business administration certificate through Grande Prairie Regional College. She is currently studying for her Alberta Council Life License (LLQP). With experience in Real Estate and administration, Steph is real asset to our team.
When she is not at work she enjoys golf and spending time with her family.
What Steph Does for You
Steph works closely alongside our advisors Scott Kwasnecha, Gary Kwasnecha and Susan Jones. Assisting in the insurance department and the market-based investment department. She assists with insurance applications and investment account openings, preparing files for appointments and other general administrative tasks.
Laurie has been on the Financial Services Group team for 23 years and comes from a strong background of client services and office administration.
What Laurie Does for You:
Laurie's focus is looking after our clients' GIC investments. She is proud to note that Financial Services Group assists clients in the management of over one hundred and sixty million dollars in Guaranteed Investments. GIC's mature and require reinvestment on a regular basis and Laurie is your Financial Services Group guaranteed investment expert.

Patrick graduated from NAIT with a Business Administration & Finance Diploma. After graduating from high school, Patrick went into trade school and began working as an Electrician. Throughout his time in the electrical field, Patrick worked in three different sectors of electrical, including industrial, commercial and residential.
Patrick enjoyed several years in the field and learned a lot; however, soon realized that he wanted to be able to utilize his knowledge and capabilities in a different manner – not just his hands!
Patrick's decision to pursue a career in business and financial services was not easy, but he has not looked back since! Patrick achieved his Alberta Insurance Council Life License (LLQP) in 2021.
What Patrick does for you:
Patrick supports the advisor team and our clients in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of employee benefit plans including life and health plans, health spending accounts, and group retirement savings plans.
Kim joined the Financial Services Group team in July 2021 as a Client Service Assistant. She works closely with our advisors Sue Hanson, Delta Sciur, Michael MacPhail and Chelsey Kerr.
Kim brings with her 10 years of experience in the Financial Industry having worked at ATB, CIBC and Scotia Bank.
When she is not at work Kim enjoys camping at her seasonal lot at Pigeon Lake as well as spending time with her family.
