Kendra has been with Financial Services Group since May 2015. She brings vast administrative skills from her previous jobs working at Canada Post and the Leduc Public Library. When she is not at work, Kendra enjoys curling, reading and spending time with her family.

Kendra is the friendly voice you hear when you call our office. She works in the GIC department managing our client's guaranteed investment certificates to help them get the best service and best rates possible. She also assists in preparing our client's files for appointments.

Steph has been with Financial Services Group since 2018. She acquired her Business Administration Certificate from Grande Prairie Regional College. With a background in Real Estate and administration, Steph is a real asset to our team. Steph has a love for animals and has done several years of volunteer work with the S.P.C.A.
What Steph Does for You
Steph works in the insurance department and the market-based investments department. Steph assists advisors with insurance applications and investment account openings, preparing insurance files for appointments and other general administration tasks.
Laurie has been on the Financial Services Group team for 23 years and comes from a strong background of client services and office administration.

Laurie's focus is looking after our clients' GIC investments. She is proud to note that Financial Services Group assists clients in the management of over one hundred and sixty million dollars in Guaranteed Investments. GIC's mature and require reinvestment on a regular basis and Laurie is your Financial Services Group guaranteed investment expert.

Patrick graduated from NAIT with a Business Administration & Finance Diploma. After graduating from high school, Patrick went into trade school and began working as an Electrician. Throughout his time in the electrical field, Patrick worked in three different sectors of electrical, including industrial, commercial and residential.
Patrick enjoyed several years in the field and learned a lot; however, soon realized that he wanted to be able to utilize his knowledge and capabilities in a different manner – not just his hands!
Patrick's decision to pursue a career in business and financial services was not easy, but he has not looked back since! Patrick is currently completing his Alberta Insurance Council Life License (LLQP) and is looking forward to working with new clients.
What Patrick does for you:
Patrick supports the advisor team and our clients in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of employee benefit plans including life and health plans, health spending accounts, and group retirement savings plans.
Fatima joined the Financial Services Group Team in August of 2020. She started her career in the banking industry at the age of 18 which quickly turned into one of her passions. She enjoys helping clients reach their personal and financial goals and listening to their needs. Her roles in the past ranged from Bank Teller, to Financial Advisor to Manager of Customer Services. Currently, Fatima is the Assistant to Delta, Sue and Michael’s client base. Her goal is to become a licensed Life and Accident Sickness Insurance Agent. She loves to learn and expand her knowledge in terms of financial planning and providing an overall better picture for clients. In her down time, she enjoys art projects, refinishing furniture and road trips exploring Alberta with her family. She is thrilled to be a part of a family owned and operated business in the heart of Leduc.
